Need to Raise a Concern?
The Code Compliance Committee is here to support you if you believe one of the signatories to the Online Dating Code isn’t meeting their obligations. For example, you might report a signatory if you experienced a serious harm after connecting via a dating service, and believe the signatory didn’t provide support resources as required under Section 6.3 of the Code.
Please submit your concerns via the Code Complaint Form to report a dating service’s alleged violation or contravention of the Code. The Code signatories will review your complaint as quickly as possible, but please keep in mind that investigations may take time, especially if the issue is complex or if more information is needed from you.
