Current Code Signatories (current as of 4 April 2025)
Under the Australian Voluntary Code for Online Dating Services, each dating service must undertake a self-assessment to reflect how they comply with the Code’s online safety standards. This self-assessment results in a compliance rating of either Tier One, Tier Two, or Tier Three, which is published on the dating service’s platform and is verified the Code Oversight Body which also provides oversight through an independent Code Compliance Committee to review disputes concerning self-assessments.
The rankings are categorised as follows:
- • Tier One indicates that the service meets all the Code's requirements and demonstrates full alignment with the Safety by Design principles.
- • Tier Two reflects services that comply with the Code and are substantially aligned with the Safety by Design principles.
- • Tier Three is assigned when a service partially complies or has not yet met one or more of the Code’s key requirements.
